Job Type: Full-time | Site-Based

Job Purpose:  To supervise and coordinate execution of high/low voltage substation works lines, and distribution infrastructure to ensure project completion within quality, cost, and time parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the erection of Distribution lines (stringing, cabling, pole erections) and substation installation works.
• Review drawings and ensure implementation as per design, BOQ, and technical standards (IS, IE Rules).
• Manage daily site activities and contractor performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental guidelines.
• Support procurement coordination for site material availability.
• Verify work measurements and assist in client/subcontractor billing inputs.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years in power distribution project upto 33kV Skills: 
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems (transmission/distribution).
• Team coordination, planning, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and reporting tools.
• Expertise in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.

Job Type: Full-time | Site-Based

Job Purpose:

To execute field-level work including installation, erection, and commissioning of electrical power components, ensuring safety and technical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute work of HT/LT line, pole erection, conductor stringing, distribution transformer installation.
• Supervise subcontractor teams and ensure work is performed as per approved layout drawing and design.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures for working near live lines.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of lines and equipment.
• Record daily progress and maintain site work registers.
• Coordinate with store/inventory department for materials and tools required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in field execution in power distribution.
• Familiar with DTC installation, metering, and line maintenance is a plus work would be preffered.

Skills:

• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, line hardware, safety norms.
• Ability to manage field staff and labor teams.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and timely work completion.

• Prepare RA bills and final bills based on executed work for distribution projects.
• Maintain accurate measurement records (MBs) and quantity reconciliations.
• Verify subcontractor bills, match with DPRs and material records.
• Coordinate with execution and planning teams to collect billing inputs.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills with clients and departments.
• Assist in cost and budget monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in billing/contract administration in T&D or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of contract terms (EPC, item-rate) and govt. billing procedures preferred.

Skills:

• Expertise in BOQ analysis, rate derivation, and reconciliation.
