Job Description:
We are looking for a Liaisoning Officer to coordinate with Government Authorities and Port Authorities for a marine bridge project. The role involves obtaining approvals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective communication with external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Liaise with Government, Port Authorities, and regulatory bodies for approvals and clearances
•    Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations (CRZ, PCB, etc.)
•    Follow up on licenses, permits, and documentation
•    Coordinate inspections, site visits, and official meetings
•    Maintain records of approvals and correspondence
•    Support project team in regulatory matters

 

Eligibility Criteria:
•    6–8 years of experience in liaisoning for infrastructure/marine/port projects
•    Graduate in Administration, Law, or related field (preferred)
•    Strong knowledge of government processes and approval systems
•    Good communication and coordination skills

 

Preferred:
•    Experience with Port Authorities / Maritime Boards
•    Exposure to marine or bridge projects

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and manage execution of EHV Substation and Transmission Line projects at site
•    Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards
•    Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
•    Supervise erection, testing, and commissioning activities
•    Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations
•    Monitor project progress, resource planning, and reporting

Key Requirements:
•    Minimum 15 years of site experience in EHV Substation and Transmission Line projects
•    Must have executed at least one complete 400 KV Substation and 20 KM of 220 KV Transmission Line
•    Hands-on experience in:

  • Pre-commissioning testing
  • Tower profiling
  • Statutory clearances

•    Strong knowledge of:

  • Erection Key Diagrams
  • Protection Scheme Drawings
  • Earthing Systems

We are seeking a Social Expert with experience in infrastructure/development projects and strong knowledge of social safeguards and ESG frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and identify potential social risks and impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental and Social Frameworks (ESF), Performance Standards, and safeguard policies.
  • Prepare and implement Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) and Livelihood Restoration Plans (LRP).
  • Engage with stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, and vulnerable groups through structured consultations.
  • Develop and monitor Stakeholder Engagement Plans (SEP) and grievance redress mechanisms (GRM).
  • Ensure protection of indigenous peoples, marginalized communities, and gender equality considerations.
  • Monitor labor and working conditions in line with international labor standards.
  • Integrate community health, safety, and security measures into project planning.
  • Facilitate land acquisition processes ensuring fair compensation and transparency.
  • Conduct social audits, reporting, and documentation as per lender requirements.
  • Build capacity of project teams on social safeguards and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and funding institutions for approvals and reporting.
  • Track key social performance indicators and prepare periodic monitoring reports.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in social risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences / Sociology / Social Work / Development Studies or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure, construction, or development sector projects.
  • Proven experience working with multilateral funding agencies (WB, IFC, ADB, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian land acquisition laws and international safeguard policies.
