Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Design Engineer to lead the electrical design and engineering of utility-scale solar power plants. The role involves preparing plant layouts, AC/DC Single Line Diagrams, electrical system design, equipment selection, and engineering documentation for solar park projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare AC & DC Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and plant electrical architecture.
• Design solar plant layouts, module placement, inverter configuration, and pooling arrangements.
• Perform HT/LT cable sizing, voltage drop, short circuit, protection coordination, earthing, and lightning protection design.
• Conduct generation analysis and PVsyst simulations to optimize plant performance.
• Select and evaluate key equipment such as PV modules, inverters, IDTs, HT panels, and SCADA systems.
• Prepare engineering deliverables including layout drawings, cable schedules, equipment specifications, and BOQ.
• Ensure compliance with CEA, IEC, IS standards and grid requirements.
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning.

• Identify and develop C&I customers for solar power procurement.
• Promote Open Access and Group Captive power sale models.
• Structure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with industrial clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tariff comparisons, and energy cost-saving analysis.

We are looking for a Liaisoning Officer to coordinate with Government Authorities and Port Authorities for a marine bridge project. The role involves obtaining approvals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective communication with external stakeholders.
