We are hiring experienced Supervisor – Plant & Machinery for Liberia Projects.

Job Description
- Execute day-to-day management of plant and machinery at site as per instructions of P&M Engineer
- Ensure proper deployment of equipment such as excavators, graders, rollers, pavers, batching plants, etc. at assigned work fronts
- Monitor equipment operation and ensure efficient utilization at site
- Coordinate with operators and ensure machines are used as per requirement and without idle time
- Carry out routine inspection of machinery and identify any faults or breakdowns
- Assist in preventive maintenance and repair activities at site
- Coordinate with workshop or external service teams for major repairs
- Maintain daily records of equipment usage, working hours, and downtime
- Track fuel consumption and report abnormal usage or wastage
- Ensure availability of fuel, lubricants, and consumables for uninterrupted operation
- Assist in managing spare parts and coordinate with store for requirements
- Ensure safe operation and handling of all equipment at site
- Follow HSE guidelines and ensure operators comply with safety practices
- Report equipment issues, delays, and requirements to P&M Engineer
