Technical Engineer – Railway (Tender, Documentation & Coordination) || Job Code: KSA-26-PM-11

We are hiring experienced Technical Engineer – Railway (Tender, Documentation & Coordination) for the support to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Projects.

Location :  Nashik 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for preparation and submission of tender packages for railway projects.
  • Review and organize railway tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Prepare and compile technical submissions including method statements, technical queries (TQs), and clarification responses for railway tenders.
  • Coordinate between estimation, planning, and design teams to ensure timely railway tender deliverables.
  • Maintain a structured filing and document control system for all railway tender documentation.
  • Track tender timelines, deadlines, and action items to ensure on-time submissions.
  • Assist in preparation of pre-qualification documents, company profiles, and track record submissions for railway projects.
  • Support the KSA railway team with document control, transmittals, and technical coordination tasks.
  • Liaise with railway subcontractors and suppliers for technical document submissions.
  • Ensure compliance of tender documents with Saudi railway authority standards and client requirements.
  • Support preparation of bid bonds, performance bonds, and other contractual documents.
  • Coordinate with the KSA office for technical approvals and clarifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in technical documentation and tender support for railway or infrastructure projects.
  • Good understanding of railway civil and systems works is preferred.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contract requirements and railway tender submission procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
