We are hiring experienced Construction Methodology Engineer (Buildings) for the support to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize advanced construction methodologies for building projects, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed method statements for all major civil and structural activities for building projects.
• Collaborate with tendering, planning, and design teams to create tailored project execution plans.
• Prepare and present construction methodology documents for tender submissions.
• Identify construction risks and challenges at the tender stage and propose mitigation strategies.
• Research emerging trends in building construction methodologies and assess their applicability.
• Coordinate with the KSA office team to align methodology with site-specific requirements.
• Support value engineering by proposing innovative construction approaches to reduce cost and duration.
• Prepare preliminary construction programs and sequence-of-work narratives for tender submissions.
• Facilitate internal review sessions on construction methodology and provide technical guidance.
• Provide methodology support for post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff in methodology development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in construction methodology for building projects.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred.
• Strong background in commercial and residential building construction.
• Proficient in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
