We are hiring experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civil (Buildings) for the support to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for civil building/villa works from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and manage BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for tendering and contract purposes.
• Manage the tender process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company practices and procedures.
• Evaluate and analyze tender documents, identifying and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit tender documents including bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
• Attend post-bid negotiation meetings with clients and ensure all agreements are recorded and circulated internally.
• Review and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of tender documentation and pricing information.
• Work closely with the project/tender team to develop tender strategies.
• Analyze project performance against budgets and forecasts, providing strategic insights for cost control.
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize financial exposure and enhance project profitability.
• Provide full-time back-office support to the KSA team for all building projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering for building projects.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial, residential, and infrastructure building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines..
