| We are proud to say that we are the pioneers in BOT projects in Maharashtra, and have executed the maximum number of BOT projects in the state. We had the privilege of bagging the first ever BOT project - Dhule Bypass in Maharashtra. This project was successfully completed in record time of 9 months as against the contract period of 39 months. Moreover, we have created history in speedy execution with quality by constructing the Mandve river bridge near Pandharpur in Maharashtra in 38 days as against contract period of 12 months. This achievement has been enlisted in the Limca Book of Records . |

| Contribution to National Highways |
| The Government of India has undertaken a Massive Highways Development Program, under which the National Highways all across the country are to be enhanced to International standards over the next five years. As a part of this Program, we have been privileged to execute two Prestigious Projects on National Highways, viz. Westerly Bypass near Pune City and East Coast Road for TNRDC near Chennai. The Westerly Bypass, costing RS. 14100. Lacs ECR Project, costing RS. 4166 Lacs, was completed in a time span of 10 months including the monsoon. |
